Aim for the Space Needle!
From Interstate 5 North or South, take the Mercer Street exit. Exhibition Hall is located at 301 Mercer St, Seattle, WA 98109 (#6 on the map above). We are on the north side of the Seattle Center, between 3rd and 4th Avenues North, next to McCaw Hall. All attendees must enter/exit Exhibition Hall from the Mercer Street entrance, through a lobby that includes a box office and a coatroom.
A 1200 vehicle parking garage is located directly across the street from Exhibition Hall, and there are other pay-for-use parking lots and street parking opportunities nearby.
The Hampton Inn & Suites, located just three blocks from Exhibition Hall at 700 Fifth Avenue North, will once again host exhibitors needing nearby accommodations. Special room rate for 2018 was $179.00 (plus 15% tax) for a standard room with one king or two queen beds. Suite upgrades subject to availability. Dates and rates are subject to availability; extended stays before and beyond the nights of October 9-14 may be negotiated with The Hampton Inn directly. The Pacific Northwest Chapter of the ABAA and The Book Club of Washington will once again host a reception on the night of Friday, October 11th, 2019. All exhibitors are welcomed. Stay tuned for details.
The book fair producer respectfully request that all coats, backpacks, large briefcases, packages and bags be checked at the coatroom before entering the exhibition area. Only ladies’ handbags and small briefcases will be allowed onto the event floor, and will be subject to a security inspection upon entry and exit.
For security reasons, visitors will not be allowed to bring books into the fair. However, if you wish to sell books or related items to an exhibiting dealer, please first check these items at the coatroom, then notify your prospective buyer that he/she may accompany you to the coatroom to view your material.
The distribution of commercial or promotional materials inside Exhibition Hall is strictly prohibited without prior consent of the book fair producer.
