Michener, James A. TWO ORIGINAL TYPESCRIPTS FROM
THE KOREAN WAR.
700 words and 800 words. Both signed by Michener. One is un-
published. Both were submitted by Michener to the U.S. Marine
Corp for publication. One is about a great Marine Scout (from
Tacoma, WA) the other about the 114-degree heat in Korea.

Evidence of erasure on the front pastedown and some slight spine-sunning, still a
